How to use the Presentation Assistant
|
***All speaker can use it during the presentation session, and also quite essential for on-line participants
Please follow up the instruction
1. Convert PPT files for presentation into slide .jpg files.
(Min, 15 slides with full verbal descriptions each)
2. Submit each slide along with the detailed explanation via Presentation Assistant Platform.
3. Check the slide one by one with TTS audio, remove any special characters.
4. YouTube is not mandatory for ordinary author, but for who couldn't attend,
5. There is near real-time Q&A session via Webpage.
On-line authors must ask at least 10 questions during this academic event.
Otherwise, it will be treated as a No-show authors.
On-line authors must respond to all questions, but 10 is enough during the event days.
If no answer to the question at all, will be treated as a No-show whose paper rejected tp post on IEEE DL.
6. The submitted slides can be modified by the end of January.
